Haradinaj reveals which of the former KLA leaders sang in The Hague

Former deputy leader of the OVL-KLA, Nasim Haradinaj, has revealed which of the KLA leaders sang in the Hague detention center.

"We sang often. The best singer there is Khan Rexha (Rexhep Selimi) and we had fun with him. He also painted," said Haradinaj.

Further, he explained that he, along with the KLA leaders in The Hague, had forgotten that they were in prison.

"We have forgotten that we are in prison. We have the menu that we are in a war and on a front, our environment has been that we are in a war, and in the end, our right will triumph," said Haradinaj on the show "DTP te Fidani" on Klan Kosova.

Speaking about the Special Court, Haradinaj said that it violates all human rights, according to him, even the most basic ones.

Haradinaj also spoke about the Independence Day celebration within Speciale, quoting a statement by former President Hashim Thaçi.

"The feeling of celebrating in prison, in a classic prison, you can't feel anything good, but we weren't in a prison, exactly, a prison, but we were political prisoners and I think that even today they are political prisoners."

"To be a political prisoner in the 21st century, by a court that calls itself elite, that was formed for elites and that will dispense impartial justice, and at the same time is a court that violates all human rights, even the most basic ones. Human rights that the courts of the former Yugoslavia have not violated, or I should say rarely violated. Regarding Independence Day, I can quote a phrase by Hashim who said "they could imprison us physically, the body, but they can never enslave our minds", he said.
