Haradinaj remembers the nation's martyr, Bujar Shala

AAK Chairman Ramush Haradinaj remembered the national martyr, Bujar Shala from Raushiq, Peja.

Haradinaj says that the sacrifice of Shala, as well as the fallen comrades, is an inspiration to advance the ideals of freedom and independence.

"The early beginning of last spring under captivity found the invader engaged in a vast operation of ethnic cleansing, while facing him stood the brave fighters of the Kosovo Liberation Army. Today, when we honor the heroic fall of our comrades in Shishman of Boka, in Peja I participated in the unveiling ceremony of the statue of one of the protagonists of this battle, the national martyr Bujar Shala from Raushiqi of Peja," Haradinaj wrote.

"The sublime sacrifice of Bujar and his fallen comrades inspires us every day to advance the ideals of freedom and independence. These brave men teach us that love for the homeland is stronger than any challenge," the AAK leader wrote. /Telegraph/
