The leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, has spoken again about whether he will be a candidate for president of the country.

At the Rubicon of Klan Kosova, Haradinaj said that he is not a candidate for this position, nor does he have a candidate base.

"I think that if the opposition could put forward its own candidate, or me, or any of the party leaders, a figure, and collect votes, we would create a balance of power. I am not a candidate because I do not even have a candidate base, because 30 signatures are needed," he said.

Among other things, the AAK leader said that he has sent a letter of cooperation regarding the president's issue to the PDK leader, Bedri Hamza, and the LDK leader, Lumir Abdixhiku.

However, according to him, he did not receive any clarity from this offer of cooperation on his part.

"I have offered to cooperate in finding a solution to this issue. I have written a letter to both Mr. Hamza and Mr. Abdixhiku to sit down and discuss, so that election day does not come and we do not know or have a plan. To be honest, we have not come to a clear conclusion on this topic," said Haradinaj.
