The French Ambassador to Kosovo, Olivier Guerot, has reacted to the decision of the Central Election Commission to not certify the candidates of the Serbian List for the December 28 parliamentary elections.
Through a post on the "X" platform, he called this action "disappointing" and warned that the decision does not serve the democratic electoral process.
"The decision taken yesterday by the CEC regarding the candidates for the upcoming elections is disappointing and questionable. It is not contributing to transparent and inclusive elections," Guerot wrote.
The CEC's decision has sparked widespread debate on the political scene and reactions from the international community, which has consistently called for the full inclusion of all communities in the elections.
