Granit Xhaka doesn't believe in the 'Kosovo miracle': If it happens, then it's our fault

Midfielder Granit Xhaka says he doesn't want to be remembered in history for a bad result, meaning a possible 6-0 victory for Kosovo over Switzerland to qualify directly for the World Cup.
Switzerland has one "foot" in the World Cup, as it is known, the "Dardans" must win 6-0 in Pristina to knock them out of first place.
Xhaka has been clear to Swiss media that they do not want such a thing to happen.
"In football, we have seen many things. But, we don't want to make history."
"You have to beat Switzerland 6-0 first. If they (Kosovo) manage it, then it's our fault," he declared, the major newspaper reports.Blick.ch”.

Xhaka has also confirmed that the 2026 World Cup will be his last in the Swiss jersey.
"It's most likely the last World Cup, and some of the other players too. Even if it is, it's just about pushing the young players from abroad with my experience."
During the Switzerland – Sweden match, there was a controversial incident, where Swedish players became angry with the referee due to the penalty awarded.
"Sweden made a serious mistake. Sometimes it's better to focus on what you can do better than to complain about the referees," was the Albanian midfielder's response.
Xhaka will now travel with the Swiss team to Pristina, where they will face Kosovo on Tuesday.Telegraph
