The German Embassy in Kosovo has congratulated Albin Kurti on his re-election as Prime Minister of Kosovo, emphasizing the readiness to deepen bilateral cooperation in key areas.
"Congratulations on your re-election as Prime Minister, dear Albin Kurti," the German Embassy's Facebook post reads.
According to the announcement, the Chargé d'Affaires of the German Embassy, Christian Bottcher, conveyed the ambassador's congratulations immediately after the end of the parliamentary session on the constitution of the Assembly and the formation of the new Government.
"Building on the close and unique relations between Kosovo and Germany, we look forward to continuing and further deepening our bilateral cooperation in the fields of economy, security, politics and sustainable development," the statement said.
The embassy emphasized that Kosovo has a strong and reliable partner in Germany. "Kosovo has not only a friend, but a strong and reliable partner in Germany," it further said.
Finally, the German Embassy expressed its readiness for cooperation in support of Kosovo's Euro-Atlantic integration and wished Kurti success in his new mandate.
