Avedo Kosova opens a new location in Gjilan, Kosovo

Gjilani is the new location of Avedo Kosovo and an important step in the success story of the company, which started its activity in Pristina in January 2023 with 40 employees. Under the leadership of an experienced management team, Avedo Kosova has become one of the most successful call centers in the country.

The goal of growing to 200 employees within two years has been significantly exceeded: Hail Kosovo currently employs a team of 350 people. This growth is now creating more jobs, which will be created at Avedo in Gjilan from December.

What exactly does Avedo do?

As a specialist in dialogue marketing and customer service, Avedo takes care of Customer Service Ice On behalf of the well-known Company. Avedo, with 24 locations, is part of Ströer X in Germany and within the group focuses on telesales and telemarketing.

Hail Kosovo currently provides telephone support to German-speaking customers from the technology, travel, e-commerce, energy supply and telecommunications sectors. Does this mean that only German-speaking personnel are required?
