In honor of International Earth Day, the Mountaineering Association "Gjeravica" organized a symbolic activity for planting seedlings in the city of Peja and along the Health Path.
More than 30 saplings were planted by about 40 volunteers, including students from the city's primary and secondary schools, who with their energy and dedication made this day even more special.
Representatives of the association emphasized the importance of raising awareness for environmental conservation and appreciated the contribution of all participants.
"Every tree planted today is a promise for a greener and healthier future," the organizers said.
The activity was supported by local sponsors and various contributors who provided the seedlings and the necessary logistics for its realization.
This initiative comes as part of the "Gjeravica" Association's commitment to preserving nature and promoting ecological values in the community.Telegraph/
