George and Amal Clooney demand up to 230 thousand euros from guests for a luxury fundraiser on Lake Como

George Clooney and his wife, Amal, will host an exclusive fundraising event this August in Lake Como, Italy.

The couple will host 16 guests at the luxury Passalacqua Hotel, with rates starting at $173 (166 euros) per room, plus a minimum donation of $60 (57 euros) per person to the Clooney Foundation for Justice.

The event's goal is to raise over $1 million (around 961,000 euros) for the foundation's philanthropic projects, writes Dailymail.

Participants will enjoy a five-day experience with private dinners, boat excursions and an exclusive garden party with the Clooney couple.

However, the event will not be held at Villa Oleandra, Clooney's residence in Como, but at other historic venues such as Villa del Balbianello, where scenes from the films Star Wars and Casino Royale were filmed.

Organized by Satopia Group, this event aims to bring together philanthropists interested in global justice and offer a unique experience in one of the most beautiful destinations in the world.

Clooney and Amal, married since 2014, are known for their commitment to humanitarian causes and international justice. /Telegraph/
