From Pristina to the top of Italian football, Amir Rrahmani leads Napoli to glory

Kosovar defender Amir Rrahmani continues to prove himself at the highest levels of European football.

The Dardanian representative was declared champion for the second time today (Friday) with Napoli in Serie A.

Rrahmani is not a player who seeks the spotlight. He is not the one who shouts the loudest on the field, but the one who speaks clearly with his actions.

Since his arrival at Napoli from Hellas Verona in 2020, the defender from Prishtina has made great strides – from an underrated player in Serie A, to an unwavering pillar and undisputed leader in defense.

 Napoli's historic season, which culminated in their fourth championship title in history, was built on an iron defense and excellent collective play.  

Amir Rrahmani, at the heart of that defense, became the foundation upon which the team's tactical composure was built. With his exceptional performances this season, Rrahmani has earned the respect not only of the Neapolitan fans, but also of the Italian sports public.

Rrahmani played a total of 38 matches in the Italian football elite this season under the leadership of Antonio Conte. 

In these matches he managed to score one goal and make three assists, being appreciated by Sofascore with an overall grade of 7.27.
