Former KLA soldier from Denmark, Niels Henrik Hooge, is decorated

The President of the State, Vjosa Osmani, on the occasion of the 17th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kosovo, in a special ceremony awarded Presidential Decorations to personalities who have contributed to the liberation of the country.

Among those decorated is former KLA soldier Niels Henrik Hooge.

Danish intellectual Niels Henrik Hooge was a member of the KLA.


He also contributed after the war in Kosovo, clearing land from mines.

Months ago, he joined the demand that the poppy become a symbol of genocide in Kosovo.

"I support the initiative for institutions in Kosovo to use this logo as a common name for ethnic cleansing, crimes against humanity and genocide," he said.

Niels Henrik Hooge is also a Danish scientific researcher, lawyer, philosopher and writer. He is also the author of many books, one of which is the novel KOSOVA. /Telegrafi/
