Real Madrid has rekindled their interest in the possible signing of Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan, reports journalist Rudy Galetti.
Los Blancos are aware that the French star's contract expires in 2026 and the Reds could be willing to take advantage of him next summer.
Milan are trying to get Maignan to sign a new contract, but they won't offer the wage demands of €7-8m per season that he has been making.
The France goalkeeper is an ambitious player who wants to win the big titles. He will only choose a winning sporting project, something that Real Madrid knows can offer him.
Kylian Mbappe and Aurelien Tchouameni are said to have held talks with Maignan about joining them at the Santiago Bernabeu as well.
Real Madrid could end up selling Andriy Lun next year and could look at the Milan goalkeeper as a direct replacement. /Telegraph/
