He explained that during physical exercise, the body produces happiness hormones, such as endorphins and serotonin, which directly affect the improvement of mood.

"Physical activity is not, as most people see it, just to shape the body. It has great effects on the soul, because during exercise the body produces hormones that create a feeling of pleasure and happiness. This feeling is natural and much more powerful than what comes from harmful substances like drugs," said Peci.
He compared the positive feeling the body experiences during and after physical activity to the short-term effects of drugs, emphasizing that the pleasure that comes from fitness is purer, more lasting, and without negative consequences.
Peci stated that a sense of belonging and encouragement from others is a key factor in maintaining motivation and self-confidence.
During the podcast, the trainer also provided practical advice on healthy eating, the importance of regular sleep, and their close connection to mental health.
He also shared real stories of people who have improved their psychological state through an active and disciplined life. /Telegraph/
