"After being notified by the British side about the case in question, the KSF has taken measures based on the legal acts in force, it has been suspended and we are awaiting the process regarding the case," the Ministry of Defense's response to Dukagjin states.
BH, from West Tofts Camp in Thetford, Norfolk, is accused of rape and two counts of sexual assault on a woman. The alleged incident took place along a footpath between Prince of Wales Road and Riverside Retail Park at around 11.30pm on September 17. However, the Kosovo soldier has denied the charges.
He has been remanded in custody at Norwich Crown Court until his trial, which is expected to begin on April 7 and last around five days.
