At the Logistics Command Medical Regiment Training Center, the Kosovo Security Forces (KSF) have successfully completed the "Combat Medic/Medical Combat" course for members of the First Regiment of the Land Forces Command.

This training, developed according to NATO standards, aims to equip military personnel with basic and advanced medical knowledge and skills to provide emergency and effective care on the battlefield.


The certification ceremony was attended by the Deputy Commander of Logistics, Colonel Mehmet Lladrovci, the Commander of the Medical Regiment, Colonel Xhevdet Tahiraj, and the Commander of the First KFT Regiment, Lieutenant Colonel Arben Abdyli.

Colonel Lladrovci emphasized that such training aims to increase operational capacities, advance towards NATO membership, and strengthen readiness to support peace operations wherever required.

"Combat Medic" training aims to increase the chances of survival of the wounded through trauma management, bleeding control, airway maintenance, patient stabilization, and preparation for medical evacuation, ensuring coordinated and standardized intervention according to tactical pre-hospital care protocols. /Telegraph/
