Two declassified FBI reports on Jeffrey Epstein's death in prison have recently been made public, shedding light on the final circumstances of his life.

The documents, over 500 pages long, include investigation reports, suicide surveillance logs, psychological assessments, dental records and photos from the scene.


According to the main report, Epstein was pronounced dead at 7:36 a.m. on August 10, 2019, at New York Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital, known as Beekman.

The other FBI report includes photos showing medical staff and prison employees providing aid to Epstein's body immediately after death, including attempting CPR.

According to documents, these photos were taken more than 40 minutes before the official announcement of his death.

Some of the images also appear in other official reports, including those from the New York Chief Medical Examiner's Office and the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
