ERO: Any statement about the increase in electricity tariffs is currently untrue

The Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) has announced that it has received applications from licensed operators, in accordance with legal requirements, for adjustments to maximum allowed revenues and they are in the process of being evaluated by ERO, but according to them, currently any statement or information regarding the increase in electricity tariffs at this time is false and is intended to misinform public opinion.

The press release states that these applications are currently in the process of being evaluated by ERO, and upon completion of this process, ERO will publish the consultative report, which will be shared with the public for review and comments.

"We would like to clarify for the public that any statement or information regarding the increase in electricity tariffs at this time is untrue and is intended to misinform the public. These claims have no connection with the actual data received from licensed operators and do not reflect the ongoing assessment process by ERO."

"ERO invites all interested parties and citizens to contact ERO directly for any questions, concerns or information regarding this process to obtain accurate information based on the established legal and regulatory procedures," the announcement states.
