European football witnessed surreal scenes last night, the team played in white jerseys on a pitch completely covered in snow

The match of the 27th round of the Romanian Super League between Rapid Bucharest and Botosani (1-0) will be remembered for an extremely poor organizational decision that created difficulties for everyone.

As unreal as it may sound, the visiting footballers played this match in an all-white outfit, even though snow covered the entire field.

The surreal scenes, the likes of which we rarely see in Europe, quickly went viral around the world and photos and footage from the match in Bucharest flooded social media.

After this match, everyone is wondering how this could have happened and who gave permission to the visiting players to play in white jerseys in the snow.

This decision made it difficult for the players of both teams, spectators, commentators and fans in the stadium, as at no time could they see where the 'Botosan' players were.
