Erdogan: Those who think to destroy the stability of Turkey have failed

Turkish President Erdogan has said that those who think they can undermine Turkey's stability with speculations of five to 10 billion dollars have experienced losses.

The President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, has said that those who think they can undermine Turkey's stability with speculations of five to 10 billion dollars have experienced losses, AA reports.

Erdogan addressed the citizens of Antalya in the small town of Kepez, at the opening ceremony of several different facilities. The Prime Minister of Turkey, Ahmet Davutoglu, is staying with Erdogan in Antalya.

"I know that it is the same pain after every statement and harsh decision of the European Parliament towards Turkey. They thought that Turkey will remain oppressed with increasingly frequent social and political problems. Because in the nineties, in the 2000s they acted this way and were successful in this. But this time they did not succeed, because Turkey is no longer the old Turkey," said Erdogan.

He also highlighted Turkey's economic growth indicators.

"Those who thought that Turkey is a country whose stability can be damaged by speculations of five to 10 billion dollars, with empty threats and diplomatic intrigues, have suffered a debacle," Erdogan said.
