Former Kosovo Minister of Foreign Affairs and PDK MP, Enver Hoxhaj, is participating in the international forum "Delphi Forum Selmani", which is being held in Iraq.
During his stay there, Hoxhaj held meetings with senior Iraqi state officials to discuss issues of bilateral cooperation and Kosovo's efforts towards new international recognition.
"Pleasure to meet and discuss new opportunities between our countries with Dr. Dara Rashid Mahmud, Minister of Economic Planning of Iraq," Hoxhaj wrote on Facebook.
He also published a photo with former Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari.
"A photo before the meeting with my friend, former Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, whom I met two decades ago. This time too, I told him the same thing: Iraq has no reason not to recognize Kosovo!", emphasized Hoxhaj.
His participation in this forum is seen as part of ongoing efforts to advance Kosovo's international agenda and strengthen diplomatic ties with Middle Eastern countries. /Telegrafi/
