Dukagjini Resort and The Northern are presented at the largest real estate fair in the world

Projects Dukagjini Resort together with The Northern will participate in MIPIM Cannes, the largest international real estate fair in the world.

The project will be presented at the Albanian pavilion, where they aim to attract international investors and partners, highlighting the great potential of coastal developments in Shëngjin.

Dukagjini Resort located in Shëngjin, one of the fastest growing destinations in the Adriatic, the project aims to combine contemporary architecture, strategic location and high investment potential.

The international fair is expected to be held from March 9 to 13 in Cannes.
