Drone attacks show Russia does not want peace, says Zelensky

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has spoken out immediately after Russian drone attacks across Ukraine - calling them one of the "greatest".

He stressed that infrastructure in the city of Kryvyi Rih in the Sumy region has been damaged, the Telegraph reports.

"The launch of such a major offensive after ceasefire talks is a clear signal to the whole world that Moscow will not pursue real peace," Zelensky wrote in X.


Regional governor Serhiy Lysak announced on Telegram that "several fires broke out" during the attack.

Even the administrative building of Kryvyi Rih, a warehouse and six cars were hit. /Telegraph/
