Driton Aliu, an official in the Cabinet of the Mayor of Gjilan, Alban Hyseni, has passed away.
The news was announced by the mayor of Gjilan, Alban Hyseni, through a statement, calling the deceased a dear friend and close collaborator.
"Today I lost a true friend and a dedicated collaborator. Dritoni was not only a member of my cabinet, he was a dear friend, a man with a big heart, always close to those who loved him. His untimely departure leaves a huge void for all of us who knew him. The memories and moments we spent together will remain unforgettable forever," Hyseni wrote.
He expressed his most sincere condolences to the family, friends and relatives of Driton Aliu, adding that his soul rested in peace.
