Dodik is summoned by Israel – explains why he was not arrested in Tel Aviv

The President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, spoke from Israel, after traveling from Bosnia and Herzegovina on a flight to the Serbian capital, Belgrade, despite an arrest warrant issued for him.

He said that Israel is a country that respects its strength, history and determination, writes klix.ba.

"Israel shows that freedom and security have no price and that a people who know who they are - does not accept being either an object or subjugated. Just as Israel defends itself without apology, so does the Republika Srpska defend its right to exist, establish and preserve the oath of its ancestors," said the Serbian separatist.

He compared Serbs to Jews and said that both peoples "have tried to completely exterminate themselves and survived."

"That's why we understand each other. And that's why we stand together," Dodik added.

We recall that the flight of the Serbian separatist from Banja Luka constitutes a failure of state law enforcement agencies, and the BiH Border Police is conducting an investigation into the crossing of the state border.

Dodik is in Israel after being invited to the Conference on the Fight against Anti-Semitism, which will be held on March 26 and 27 in Jerusalem. /Telegraph/
