The Basic Public Prosecution Office in Skopje is requesting the Criminal Court to impose a detention order against a 43-year-old man, as he is suspected of robbery in Skopje.
"He committed the crime together with another person, who is being sought. On November 15, near a shopping mall in Skopje, the two followed an injured person. At one point, the suspect punched the injured person in the head, while the other attacker threatened him with a metal box.
"While searching his jacket, they found and took 8.800 denars. They pushed him to the ground, kicked him, and tried to break his cell phone, after which they fled," the Prosecution said.
The public prosecutor has submitted a proposal to the preliminary procedure judge from the Basic Court in Skopje for the imposition of pre-trial detention for the 43-year-old. /Telegrafi/
