"Death contract", new details emerge from the murder of Jani Aliaj in a prison in Greece

A knife attack recorded this Monday left 49-year-old Albanian, Jani Aliaj, dead.
The victim lost his life while serving his sentence in Koridhallos prison, Greece.
The perpetrator is a 28-year-old Greek man who, with an improvised knife, killed the Albanian inside the 3rd Wing of the country's largest prison.
According to information from Greek media, police officers dealing with the case believe that this is a "death contract" against the 49-year-old as it is suspected that the 28-year-old committed the murder on the orders of another Albanian criminal.
According to the same sources, drug trafficking in Athens is another possible lead. The 49-year-old had committed two murders in Albania, for which international arrest warrants had been issued. The first took place in his hometown of Tepelena in 2005 and the second was committed in 2016.
He was a member of a powerful gang in southern Albania involved in drug trafficking. On the other hand, the 28-year-old Greek has also committed two murders.
The first was a few months ago in Agios Panteleimonas, when he cold-bloodedly shot in the head a man from Albania who had been targeted by the police for robbery and burglary, Euronewsal reports.
