Daniel Radcliffe reveals why he doesn't use social media: I want to protect my mental health

English actor Daniel Radcliffe revealed in a recent interview why he completely avoids social media.
The secret to his inner peace is simple - he stays completely away from platforms like Instagram, X, and Facebook.
Radcliffe told Rolling Stone magazine: "I never use social media because I'm aware of its impact and I want to protect my mental health."

The actor explained: "I don't have Instagram. I don't even have any of the versions of X that exist now. I don't know how anyone could do that. Honestly, I find it very stressful. I'm under enough pressure anyway and I don't think it would help me."
The decision to stay away from platforms like X, Instagram, and Facebook was further reinforced during preparations for his new solo show on Broadway, "Every Brilliant Thing."
"I was at a rehearsal and everyone was talking about apps that help them use their phones less," the 36-year-old actor said.
His aversion to public life and the digital sphere is not surprising, given the fame that has followed him since childhood and the negative comments he has faced.
The actor admitted that he had a habit in the past: "When I was younger, which I don't do anymore, fortunately, I would look for comments about myself on the Internet and read all kinds of nonsense." /Telegraph/
