Killed three women within an hour – Dan Hutra sentenced to life imprisonment

The Tirana Court has sentenced Dan Hutra to life imprisonment.

The prosecution requested on May 9 that the court give him three life sentences for the murder of three women, whose lives he took within an hour, reports Top Channel.

As the prosecutor stated, Dan Hutra should be found guilty and receive life imprisonment for the murder of Mevlute Sadiku, a second life sentence for the murder of Hadime Dafku, and a third for the murder of Etleva Kurti, who was the sister of another prisoner, identified as Vladimir Kurti.

The prosecutor previously requested that Hutra should also be punished for injuring Elena Hysa and that she be given 35 years in prison for this - her former cohabitant, whose sister and sister-in-law he killed.

For the injury of her mother, Kujtime Hysa, the prosecutor requested another 35 years in prison, while a 30-year sentence was also requested for the injury of Marjona Gurakuqi.

The Dan Hutra massacre occurred in March 2023. He initially committed the stabbing in the Astir area and then, in cold blood, traveled to the Paskuqan area, where he first shot at the apartment of his former partner's parents and then at the family of a prisoner he had known in Drenova.

Dan Hutra had previously served time in prison for the murder of another woman, Dafina Havalha, who was his first wife. He was released from prison in February 2023 after being convicted of domestic violence, and it took him only a month to prepare the massacre. /Tch/Telegrafi/
