Dafina Zeqiri reacts after the event at Gjesti's brother's funeral: I was shocked when I saw people filming and some 'VIPs' giving interviews and bragging

Renowned singer Dafina Zeqiri has reacted sharply after the distribution of photos and videos from the funeral of singer Gjesti's brother, which circulated on online media and social networks.
In a long post on her social media, Zeqiri expressed shock at what she had seen and highlighted the danger that social media can pose when used in the wrong way.
"Social media is powerful, but also dangerous. It's built on attention, but it shouldn't glorify the wrong kind of attention. I was shocked to see people filming a funeral with their phones. And some 'VIPs' who were giving interviews were bragging online about what they had been told. Some so-called journalists were asking irrelevant questions, turning a family's pain into a stage for themselves. This is absurd, inhumane and deeply disrespectful. Moments that were supposed to be private, turned into a circus," the singer wrote.

Dafina added that she wants to be an example for her son and teach him the values of respect and humanity:
"One day I will teach my son: these are the people you should stay away from, the ones who set the worst example. Humanity should never be sold for attention."
She ended the message with a clear call to the public: "Because attention should never come at the expense of someone else's pain."
Dafina's reaction has been widely welcomed by fans, who have described her as a courageous voice against the trivialization of pain and the transformation of tragedies into public spectacle. /Telegraph/
