Criticism about the logo for the 17th anniversary of independence, the company "Red Mill" comes out with a clarification

On Thursday, the official emblem for the 17th anniversary of independence was also published, but there was some criticism of the creators of the emblem, who alluded to its connection to the Vetëvendosje Movement party.

But, a clarification was made during the day by the company that designed the official emblem, reports Telegraph.

The explanation says that seventeen years of endurance, and seventeen years of dreams coming true.

“This year, we had the honor of creating the official emblem for the 17th anniversary of Kosovo’s Independence—a symbol that represents not just design, but the spirit of a nation. At first glance, two bold shapes stand side by side, a sensitive echo of the number 17. A reflection of time—17 years of independence, celebrated on February 17. Two seventeens, intertwined in meaning, stand as a tribute to the past journey and what still awaits us,” the announcement says.

Furthermore, they also talked about the forms.

“But look closer, and the shapes reveal more. They rise like wings, ready to fly, embodying a country that always aims forward. The gold color whispers triumph, a journey paved with success. White, the color of unity, reminds us that together, we rise. Every line is a step towards the future. Every angle, a symbol of progress.
