The Ministry of Interior announces that it has filed a criminal complaint against a 60-year-old man from Dibra who is suspected of usurping state property.
"The Debar Police Department filed a criminal complaint against KC (60) from Debar due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of "illegal construction" under Article 244 and "usurpation of real estate" under Article 225 of the Criminal Code.
"During June of this year, on a state-owned cadastral plot in the "Bademat" locality along the shore of Lake Dibra, without a building permit and in violation of the Construction Law, he illegally built a building with a total area of 88.40 square meters," the Ministry of Internal Affairs said. /Telegraph/
