The Basic Court in Prizren has announced the court session that was held against 39 defendants in the case of suspected abuses in the Kosovo Security Bureau.

The announcement states that during the hearing, some of the parties to the proceedings requested medical assistance, for which the Pre-Trial Judge interrupted the hearing several times and the parties were offered the necessary assistance through the Emergency Department.

Mazreku and Berisha are suspected of giving citizens money in the name of insurance and taking some of it themselves.

"When the parties were ready, the session continued to determine the security measure," the announcement states.

The court further announced that the hearing began at 16:00 PM against 39 defendants, and ended at 23:00 PM. /Telegrafi/
