Footage is released of Elvis Shkambi, after executing Judge Astrit Kalaja with a gun inside the courtroom, calmly exiting the yard and waiting for the police to arrest him.

As seen from the footage for JOQ, the security camera captured the moment when the murderer, along with his uncle, stood like two citizens waiting for order.


In a scene that resembles more of an institutional parody, the perpetrator himself reported the crime to the police, saying: “Come on, I'm the killer!"

At one point, the 30-year-old is seen raising his hands and the police approach, handcuffing him.
