Alligator and crocodile clash in Florida

"Alligator vs. Crocodile" may sound like an interesting title for a Hollywood movie, but it became a reality at a Florida national park last week, when a crocodile and an alligator were seen fighting on the sidewalk.

Amateur footage shows the two reptiles biting each other and pushing each other in Florida, the Telegraph reports.

Taylor Bonachea, who filmed the incident, said the pair fought over a space they each claimed belonged to.

The video has been widely shared on social media and has gone viral, prompting a flood of comments.

American crocodiles live in several regions within the Americas, including Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean and southern Florida, according to the United States Geological Survey. /Telegraph/
