The local elections being held in the country's 38 municipalities have not had any major incidents so far, but citizens are encountering problems with polling stations.
RTV Dukagjini is reporting from the field that many citizens have had their polling centers changed, and some even their municipalities.
Complaints from citizens have been received in almost all municipalities in the country.
