A citizen from Ferizaj, A. Cakolli, 61 years old, has shown a special example of civic responsibility and honesty, by handing over a sum of money he had found on "Dëshmorët e Kombit" street to the city's police station.
The event occurred on January 12, 2026, at around 16:00 p.m. The money was counted in the presence of the citizen, and the state prosecutor was notified of all police actions, while an "Official Note" was initiated.
The recovered weapons are currently stored at the Ferizaj police station.
The police appeal to the legal owner of the amount to appear at the station for verification and withdrawal of the money.
The Ferizaj Regional Police thanks the citizen for the exemplary and humane gesture, which shows civic responsibility and honesty.
