Channing Tatum has always been known for his impressive physique, but his latest transformation has left fans stunned.
Over the past year, the "Magic Mike" star has undergone drastic weight fluctuations, gaining and losing dozens of pounds for two consecutive film roles.
Sharing his journey on Instagram, Tatum revealed how intense these physical demands were – and why he won't do it again.

From 106 kilos to 78: How Tatum adapted for his roles
Tatum, 44, took to Instagram to show off his incredible transformation.
In a mirror selfie, he said: "106 kilos for Josephine and 78 for Roofman. The stark contrast between the images illustrates the dedication needed to transform his body so dramatically in such a short period of time."
The actor filmed "Josephine" in mid-2024. Shortly after, he had to completely transform for Roofman, losing over 60 kilograms to embody a leaner, more agile character.
The process, he admitted, was grueling.
His transformation is not the first for a role; Tatum has reshaped his body many times, most famously for the series "Magic Mike."
For now, it seems Tatum is ready to embrace roles that don't require extreme physical changes. And his fans? They're happy that he's prioritizing his health. /Telegraph/
