Roasted Broccoli with Honey and Mustard – healthy and delicious

Broccoli baked in an aromatic glaze with honey and mustard is an excellent side dish with meat or fish

They're quick and easy to make: once they're baked, you top them with a sweet and salty glaze made from foods you should have in your fridge or freezer – vinegar, honey, mustard and soy sauce.

Remarks: Broccoli can be halved and refrigerated for a day. The supplement can be made and stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days; it just needs to be mixed again before use.


Ingredients:

- 1.5 kg of broccoli;
- 1/4 cup of olive oil;
- 1 teaspoon of salt;
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper;
- 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar;
- 2 spoons of honey;
- 2 spoon of mustard;
-2 teaspoons of soy sauce

Preparation:

Place the wrapped aluminum foil in the oven and heat it to 200 degrees. Place the broccoli in a large bowl or pot, add olive oil, salt and pepper and mix.

Remove the aluminum foil from the oven. Arrange the broccoli evenly on a baking sheet, cut side down.

Bake for 15 minutes. Take them out of the oven and mix them. Return to the oven and roast until golden and tender, another 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the size of the broccoli.

Meanwhile, make the extra part. Whisk the vinegar, honey, mustard and soy sauce in a small bowl.

When the broccoli is cooked, take it out of the oven and pour the glaze over it and mix well to combine.

Return the aluminum foil to the turned off oven and let sit until they absorb the glaze, about two minutes. Good luck to you!
