Simple ingredients, incredible taste and natural hydration for your body

This summer lemonade combines the tangy taste of lemon with the natural sweetness of blueberries and the freshness of mint. Ideal for hot days, this drink is rich in antioxidants and provides natural hydration, without excess sugar.

Ingredients (for 2-3 cups):

▪ 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
▪ 2 squeezed lemons
▪ 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
▪ 4-5 fresh mint leaves
▪ 500 ml cold water (or soda for a fizzy effect)
▪ Ice as desired
▪ Lemon slices and blueberries for garnish

Instructions:

Preparing the blueberry base:

In a blender, add the blueberries and squeeze in the lemon juice. Add the honey and blend until smooth. If you want a smoother drink, pass the mixture through a fine sieve to remove the blueberry skin.

Mixing with water:

Pour the mixture into a large glass container and add the cold water. Mix well with a wooden spoon. Add the fresh mint leaves, slightly crushed in your hand to release their aroma.

Service:

Add ice to the glasses and pour the lemonade over the top. Garnish with a lemon wedge on the rim of the glass and a few blueberries floating on top.

Tip:

For extra freshness, let the blueberries and mint sit in the water for 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving. The drink can be stored for 1-2 days in the refrigerator without losing its flavor.
