Member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Blerta Deliu-Kodra, has reacted after the statement of the Minister for Communities and Returns, Nenad Rashic, regarding the way the decision was made to transfer 24 hectares of land in the name of the Deçan Monastery.

Through a public reaction, Deliu said that for years there has been "political drama" surrounding this issue, while now, according to her, it turns out that the decision was simply made by the government.

"Today, Minister Nenad Rashic tells how the decision was made: Albin Kurti told him, 'We will do it, but you know, because of you.' What was once used for political drama, in power became a simple decision," she wrote.

The PDK MP added that this shows how serious, in her opinion, the entire political debate that has developed over the years over the land of the Deçan Monastery has been.

"For years we heard accusations of 'treason' over the land of the Deçan Monastery. That's how serious that whole political drama was," Deliu wrote in her reaction.
