Berisha: Rama transferred drugs with diplomatic suitcases, now he wants to keep the expenses secret

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, accused Prime Minister Rama of transferring drugs in diplomatic bags and of trying to make his expenses a state secret, writes A2 CNN.
"The man who has made 140 or so trips by taxi plane for himself, and who is accused of having transferred hundreds of millions of euros of drugs and trafficking, bitcoins and other things with this plane in diplomatic suitcases. He is accused of having transferred drug shipments. Who refused the parliamentary investigative committee to investigate these transfers. Who refused the parliamentary investigative committee to verify the data that says that Edi Rama's charter diplomatic suitcases are more numerous than those of all European prime ministers taken together in a year. Or of presidents," Berisha said at a press conference.
According to Berisha, Rama has decided to keep his expenses secret.
"To turn the expenses, which he makes with Albanian taxpayers' money, into a state secret."
This act has no precedent in Albania except for the dictator Enver Hoxha. This act has parallels in the world with Kim Jong-un and Maduro of Venezuela.
This act proclaims, formalizes, legalizes theft, embezzlement by a thief - or the biggest thief this nation has had in 113 years.
This act of secrecy of expenses conflicts with the Constitution and the fundamental laws of the country.
The man who opens 33 thousand euro bottles of Romanee Conti at his lunches now wants to keep the expenses secret.
The man who has spent 23 million euros in two years on charter trips, 141 charter trips for vacations, for holidays, for conferences, now moves on to another act that does not exist in any other country except North Korea and Venezuela.
"Edi Rama tells Albanians: I will steal from you and you will never know," Berisha added.
"But this state, in 2009, in the name of transparency, of protecting Albanian taxpayers' money, has put treasury expenditures online. And this has been within the framework of a global initiative to fight corruption. This system makes it possible for every citizen to control every penny spent from his taxes the day after the expenditure. Edi Rama decides to secrete his expenditures solely to cover his own and family's theft of Albanian citizens' taxes. This is an appeal and a call for every Albanian citizen to rise up against the flag bearer of theft throughout the history of the Albanian state." /A2cnn/
