Beqiri: Coach change makes analysis difficult

KF Shkëndija from Tetovo continues to write history on the European stage, proving from match to match that it has become a respected name in international competitions, reports Telegrafi.
Reaching the UEFA Conference League Play-Offs marks a new golden chapter for the club from Tetovo, which now holds the title of the first team from North Macedonia to reach this stage of European competitions. Another opportunity to confirm the growth and ambition of the Rossoneri against a quality opponent from Turkey, such as Samsunspor.
In this duel, Samsunspor comes with new German coach Thorsten Fink, who took over the team after the departure of Thomas Reis. The change in the bench is expected to bring tactical innovations and a new approach from the Turkish team, making the confrontation even more unpredictable.
Shkëndija's coach, Jeton Beqiri, emphasized that preparations for this challenge have been made with maximum seriousness, but emphasized that the change of coach for the opponent makes analysis difficult.
"Regarding the preparation for the match, it is expected that there will be some changes, given the fact that the Turkish team has changed the coach right on the eve of this match. This means that things have become more difficult and changes are possible," said Beqiri, underlining that the team must be prepared for any scenario.
On the other hand, captain Besart Ibraimi emphasized that the atmosphere in the red and black camp is at a very high level.
"The atmosphere is very good, especially after two victories in the championship. This gives us additional confidence. We expect great support from the public, because their support is very important for us," declared Ibraimi.
The meeting will take place tomorrow (Thursday, February 19), at the "Todor Proeski" Arena in Skopje, starting at 21:00 PM.
Justice in this match will be shared by the main referee Rohit Saggi, assisted by Jorgen Valstadsve and Anders Dale, while the fourth official will be Nygard. In the VAR system, Hagenes will be the main one and Lien as the assistant. /Telegraph/
