PDK raises suspicions of vote manipulation in Mitrovica: Not a "Bulgarian train", but a "government train"

Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) MP Artan Behrami has reacted to the recent developments in Mitrovica, accusing Prime Minister Albin Kurti of, as he put it, "state fabrication of the election result."
According to Behrami, in the last five years Kurti has "suspended logic" and instead "injected anger, division and hatred into society."
He said that the local elections are a reflection of this approach.
"The local elections are a reflection of this hatred, of this anger that has been aroused. In Mitrovica, in addition, Kurti has used all the state potential, underground groups and criminal groups to fabricate a victory, which in the coming days could turn into the biggest electoral scandal in the history of post-war Kosovo," Behrami declared.
He added that elements of widespread ballot manipulation are being observed in the counting process, which, according to him, indicates a "government conspiracy, not a Bulgarian conspiracy."
"The massiveness of this phenomenon is frightening and a clear sign that this is not about individuals, but about a system organized by occupied institutions," he said.
Behrami has asked international observers, non-governmental organizations and the media to monitor the counting process at the Counting and Results Center in Mitrovica 24 hours a day, emphasizing that "electoral crime will be fully exposed."
