Over sixty female singers in the world have achieved incredible success: each of them has a song that has surpassed one billion streams on Spotify. But only half of them have managed to reach this dizzying figure with more than one song.

At the beginning of 2023, Taylor Swift did not have a single song that had exceeded one billion streams on the platform – while today she ranks among the artists with the most songs to have crossed this threshold, writes InMusicBlog.

On the other hand, Karol G and Shakira hold the record for Latin women with the most songs with over a billion streams. Meanwhile, BLACKPINK's LISA and JENNIE are the only K-Pop solo artists to achieve this feat with the songs "MONEY" and "Popular."

But Albanians are also well represented on this list with two internationally renowned artists, Bebe Rexha and Dua Lipa, who have four and 12 songs respectively that have exceeded this figure.

To date, only five female artists have had 10+ songs surpass one billion streams on Spotify. The most recent such feat is Doja Cat's "You Right," which became her eighth song to surpass that milestone.
