Professor Mazllum Baraliu spoke about the CEC's losing battle against the Serbian List, after the ECAP overturned its decision not to certify this political entity's list of candidates for the local elections.

He said that the latest situation is almost the same as what happened on the eve of the national elections.

"Approximately yes, but because the motives that we do not know – which may be of a classification nature, but which should be of specific importance – are approximately the same. Perhaps because approximately the largest political entity, even the winning coalition of the last elections at the central level, both the first time and now has insisted and voted not to certify this political entity. There is even partial data that elements of this political entity have been constantly in destructive positions towards Kosovo", said Baraliu.

He added that the Supreme Court has the right to request additional evidence if there is not enough in the handling of the case against Lista Srpska, in order to make a decision "significantly more elaborate, more substantial in terms of the content of the case and the explanation of the elements," he said on Five on RTV Dukagjini.
