The Chairman of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, and also the Socialist Party's Political Director for the Diaspora, Taulant Balla, continues meetings with the diaspora.
The next stop was the Veneto Region in northeastern Italy, where he met with Albanian entrepreneurs.
As he announces on his Facebook page, it is a moment of pride for Balla when he meets successful Albanians: "Always proud to meet successful Albanians in the diaspora. Together with the President of Confimprese Venezia, Muharrem Salihu, Senator Antonio De Poli, the President of Confimprese Italia, Guido D'Amico, we met with successful Italian and Albanian entrepreneurs. The success of Albanians in the diaspora is the success of Albania."
Balla is a supporter of the candidacy of entrepreneur from Medveđa, Muharrem Salihu, for the Regional Council of Veneto, one of the richest regions of Italy. “The Albanian-Italians of the Province of Treviso on November 23-24 have the opportunity and pride to vote Muharrem Salihu as a councilor of the Veneto Region, a historic achievement for everyone.”
We recall that a few days ago, at the meeting of the Committee for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Balla asked the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Elisa Spiropali, to open an Albanian consulate in this region, where tens of thousands of Albanians from all Albanian lands live.
During the month of November, the month of Independence, the Political Director of the Socialist Party for the Diaspora will have meetings with Albanians in the diaspora, including in Greece, England, Italy, etc.
