Ingredients:


- 200 g pasta;
- 2 spoon of butter;
- 30 g of flour;
- a small spoon of mustard;
- ½ spoon of sauce;
- 2 small cups of low-fat milk;
- 15 g of cheese;
- salt;
– pepper.

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan.

Add flour, salt, pepper, mustard, dressing and stir over medium-high heat until thickened.

Then remove from heat and add milk.

Return to heat for 1 minute to bring the sauce to a boil, stirring constantly.

Add the cheese and heat until the cheese melts, stirring occasionally.

Mix the drained pasta with the sauce, then put it in a ceramic dish and put it in the oven for 20 minutes to bake.
