She has now shared the happy news with her followers, announcing that she has married businessman Berkin Gokbudak, with whom she was in a relationship for some time.

"Yes", Asli wrote next to a series of photos posted from the wedding.

The bride posed hugging her husband in a simple white dress with straps, which she completed with a necklace attached to her neck. She braided a wreath of flowers in her hair.

According to Turkish media, the couple celebrated their love with a close ceremony, attended by their closest friends and family.

This is the second marriage for Asli, who was born in London but came to Turkey as a 12-year-old. She first married actor Birkan Sokullu in 2012, but they divorced three years later.

"Bride from Istanbul", which is based on a true event, attracted the attention of TV viewers in the Balkans a few years ago, and in the center of all was the main actress.

In the series, the actress embodied the character of Sureya (Sureyya Boran) – a modern woman from Istanbul, who ends up in a traditional family with a domineering mother-in-law at the head.

Viewers followed her challenges, ups and downs, and she won them over with her strong character and the emotions she conveyed through the small screen. /Telegrafi/
