The Mayor of Kamenica, Kadri Rahimaj, has appointed former MP Arta Bajralija to the position of Deputy Mayor.
On the occasion of the appointment, Mayor Rahimaj praised her political and civic experience, emphasizing that the professionalism, energy and high sense of responsibility that Bajralija has demonstrated over the years will be an added value for local governance and the implementation of projects in service of the citizens of Kamenica.
"Arta Bajralija will be the Deputy Mayor of our Municipality. Arta comes to this responsibility with a rich political and civic experience. Her early engagement as a dedicated activist in the VETËVENDOSJE! Movement, as well as the experience gained as a deputy in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, are clear evidence of her commitment to the public interest and honest governance," Rahimaj declared.
He added that in the second mandate, they will continue the work they have started with a focus on concrete projects and improving services for citizens, emphasizing that this mandate represents an opportunity to move the municipality forward with more energy, cooperation and commitment.
