Arsenal make a mistake against Everton at the Emirates

Arsenal have been held to a goalless draw at home to Everton in matchday 16 in the Premier League.

After just six minutes, the visitors created golden chances to score, but Abdoulaye Doucoure failed to get his header right.

The first serious chance for the Gunners came in the 29th minute when Martin Odegaard failed to score from close range.

Gabriel Martinelli (43') made some nice dribbles, but his shot ended up wide of the goal.

Bukayo Saka also missed a good scoring opportunity when he failed to beat the Everton keeper four minutes later.

The second half was lighter in terms of the number of chances, until Armando Broja was included in the game in the 66th minute for Everton.

The Albanian striker, loaned to Toffes from Chelsea, did not manage to do much, but his team managed to get a point from Emnirates.

After the 16th week, Arsenal is in the quota of 30 points, while in the 17th round they meet with Crystal Palace. /Telegraph/
